Cape Town - Celebrities both locally and abroad are excited by, and rapidly becoming part of the Airbnb community, either as a host or guest – or both.
South African record producer and artist, Cassper Nyovest, recently became a host on the Airbnb platform by listing his stylish Jozi home, joining the likes of Aaron Paul (of Breaking Bad fame) and soccer ace Iniesta.
A number of other celebs are also excited about the platform and are repeatedly booking their accommodation on Airbnb when travelling either on business or for pleasure, making it the hottest trend for A-list getaways:
Well-known television and radio presenter, Jen Su is a huge fan and often books her accommodation on Airbnb when planning her extensive travels.
Beliebers will know that during his Purpose tour in San Francisco, Justin Bieber stayed at a luxurious 5-bedroomed estate in Los Altos, California. The 11-acre property boasts an infinity pool, games room with a pool table, fitness centre, rooftop vegetable garden, an orchard and even live chickens.

But he wasn’t the only one to feel at home in the glamorous home: Beyoncé’s Instagram feed reveals that she stayed at the same mansion during her Super Bowl stay – say no more!
The likes of Britney Spears, Gwyneth Paltrow, Mariah Carey, Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner are all joining the community and are living it up in Airbnb properties in some of the most amazing destinations around the world.
