Orlando Pirates right-back Thabiso Monyane has hailed club teammate Relebohile Mofokeng as a stand-out talent, highlighting his impressive skills on the field.
The 19-year-old Mofokeng again emerged as one of the heroes for the Buccaneers last Saturday, helping the Soweto giants secure the MTN8 title for a third consecutive time with a 3-1 victory over Stellenbosch FC at a packed Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
In Pirates’ third goal of the match, Mofokeng showcased his abilities with the ball at his feet as he danced his way past a rushing defender to put the ball beyond Stellies goalkeeper Sage Stephens, much to the delight of Buccaneers faithful.

Mofokeng will once again have the opportunity to showcase his skills on the international stage when Bafana Bafana go up against Congo Brazzaville in back-to-back Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Club teammate Monyane hailed Mofokeng’s as a top talent, adding that he also gives him a few problems in training.
“Look at the young coming lad Relebohile Mofokeng, a top talent.
“Even to me, in training, he’s quick of the mark and he can change direction any-time, when you think he is going to and then doesn't.
“And as a defender when you’re in those positions it’s really difficult for you because he’s in the box and you can’t foul him but for his it’s very good,” Monyane said in an interview with Thabiso Mosia on Radio 2000.
