Hollywoodbets Dolphins head coach Imraan Khan has been appointed as the new batting Batting Lead at Cricket South Africa and is set to leave his position with the KwaZulu-Natal-based side.

During his time at the Dolphins, Khan turned things around and guided the Durban side to two 4-Day Series titles the CSA One Day Cup after taking over as head coach.

Following the news of his departure from the Dolphins, the former top-order batter thanked the Dolphins for their continued support in his five years as head coach.

“I want to thank the Hollywoodbets Dolphins and the KZN Cricket Union for all their support,” Khan said.

“It’s been an incredible journey, and I’ve loved starting my coaching career at the union that has been my home for many seasons, this is an exciting step in my path as a coach, but Hollywoodbets Kingsmead will always be home, and I will miss everyone here.”
