Some might say Winnie The Pooh has it easy. All he does is hunt for honey, play with his friends and go on adventures.
But now a Harvard professor says he might be onto something. After all, it's the simple things in life that make us happy.
Professor Sanjiv Chopra claims AA Milne's lovable story book character is "perhaps the single-most contented and wise creature ever imagined". And we could learn a thing or two from him.
"Perhaps the single-most contented and wise creature ever imagined is Winnie the Pooh," Chopra told the Daily Mail. "There's much we can all glean from Pooh's implacable calm and goodwill."
Writing in the article What Can We Learn From Winnie the Pooh - 3 Things you can do to be a happier you, Professor Chopra said: "The master of Zen and the art of honey-tummy maintenance has forgotten more about being happy than most of us will ever learn."
"Simply put, it's this: Pooh bear chooses to put his challenges into perspective."
