Keyshia Cole: Live in South Africa has unfortunately been postponed due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
Seasoned concert organisers Glen21 Entertainment, in June announced that the Cole would be bringing her soulful vocals and powerful stage presence to South Africa for the very first time in September.
A few weeks shy from her September performances in Cape Town at the GrandWest Grand Arena, in the North West at Sun City and in Pretoria at the SunBet Arena on Sunday, September 29, the organisers have announced that the concert had been postponed.
IOL has reached out to organisers to find out the “unforeseen circumstances” that have led to the postponement. This article will be updated with a response.
The new dates for the concerts will be in January next year. The Sun City leg of the tour is no more after it was removed from the new dates.
“Though fans may find themselves upset about the unexpected wait, the show they’ll experience promises to live up to their expectations and more,” said organisers.
“For Sun City ticket holders, you have the option to transfer your ticket to any of the other venues (Pretoria, Johannesburg, or Cape Town) at no additional cost, with seating in the same price range.”
Current tickets will remain valid for the new dates, and seating allocation will stay the same. No further action is required if ticket holders wish to retain their tickets.
If ticket holders prefer a refund, they are urged to please contact TicketPro at infor@ticketpros.co.za.
