Climate talks reach finance deal blasted as inadequate by developing nations

Negotiators from nearly 200 countries agreed early Sunday in a non-binding commitment that wealthy nations would aim to provide at least $300 billion annually by 2035 to help poorer nations suffering the most from climate change.
